We're Bridey and Grace, and we are Accredited Practising Dietitians specialising in paediatric and adult nutrition. We are passionate about providing expert evidence based nutrition advice that is practical and tailored to each individuals needs.
We have a broad range of experience, having worked with patients with a range of clinical conditions in the acute setting, outpatient clinics and private practice. We can confidently manage you and your child's nutritional concerns, drawing on our breadth of experience and the most up to date research.
We have worked across several of Melbourne's Tertiary Hospitals, including The Royal Children's Hospital, Monash Children's Hospital, Eastern Health, Western Health, the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Northern Health. This is a testament to the high level of clinical expertise we continue to practice with.

Accredited Practising Dietitian
Grace McConchie
Grace McConchie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with experience across Monash Children's Hospital, the Royal Children's Hospital, Eastern Health and Northern Health. She provides evidence-based nutrition support for infants, children and adolescents, with particular expertise in:
• Infant feeding and starting solids
• Poor growth and faltering growth
• Tube feeding and tube weaning
• Food allergy and gastrointestinal nutrition
• Diabetes and endocrinology nutrition
• Nutritional deficiencies
• NDIS nutrition support
Grace works closely with families to provide practical, individualised nutrition strategies tailored to each child's developmental stage, medical condition and family circumstances.
She has experience supporting children with both common feeding concerns and complex medical conditions, helping families navigate nutrition challenges with confidence.
Through Clinical Nutrition Co, Grace provides paediatric dietetic services to families across Australia via telehealth, helping children achieve optimal growth, nutrition and feeding outcomes.

Bridey McMahon
Bridey has years of experience working in Victoria's tertiary hospitals, community health and private practice. Bridey specialised in gastrointestinal surgery and intensive care nutrition during her clinical years and is passionate about working with patients to improve their treatment outcomes and quality of life through optimal nutrition.
Bridey values working in partnership with medical professionals to provide evidence based, effective nutrition support for her patients.
Bridey has experience managing a range of clinical conditions including malnutrition, diabetes, heart disease, peri-menopause, gastroenterological disease, liver disease and optimisation for surgery.
We have worked across Victoria's top tertiary health services.
